Yin Yoga in Blackeberg (With Jonathan)

Our courses cater to all levels – from beginners to advanced practitioners. Classes are in English (Swedish explanation possible if needed). Perfect if you’re curious about starting your yoga journey or looking to go back to basics and experience Yoga in a different way. 🧘🏼 The classes are a blend of Yin Yoga and Hatha Yoga, relatively slow-paced, incorporating postures that are held for longer periods of time (3-5min) as well as postures aiming to build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility. A more meditative approach to yoga, our goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. We are looking forward to seeing you there! ✨
